To quickly gauge how much you should bid for hotels on Priceline, use the “Click Here” link
Next you will see the price of hotel in all areas
Click on the area you are bidding on to see the hotels you are likely to get

Click on one of the price and you will see all the candidates for the star-rating and area that you choose. Hotels without star-rating are not a candidate.
Since the lowest price for a three-star hotel in this area is $169. I would bid for roughly half of that or $160/2 = $80
